Keeps sending me alerts that my car is in motion when it hasn't left the driveway at all in the last 12 hours. Makes no sense! And when it is in motion, I don't get notices for hours.

Sitting at home. Car here. Received 20 alerts of where my car is other than home. Annoying. No one to answer the phone on the weekend?
App sucks it never keeps up always freezes telling me my car is somewhere else when my car is clearly outside my home app is no good would never recommend to anyone also customer service never helps and on weekends u can’t get no one they updated my app and the next day it did the same so I called at 4:30 pm and lady say she get off at 5 pm so she couldn’t help me smh
Rarely updates location, shows straight lines for Trip history (through parks and people's houses) when it even shows trip history, always thinks my car is parked at neighbor's house (which isn't that close), doesn't provide alerts, adds no value at all.. Overall, this product doesn't work and was a big waste of money. I had the dealer "reset" it but no change.
